Help with the Dopacart iOS app.
Dopacart is a simulated, for-entertainment shopping experience — you browse a catalog and place pretend orders. No real products are sold or shipped and no real payments are ever processed.

We aim to reply within a few business days, and we act on reports of objectionable content or abuse promptly (typically within 24 hours).
No. Everything is make-believe. Anything you "add to cart," "buy," or "order" is simulated, and the name, address, and card details on the checkout screen are only used to make your pretend order feel real on your device — they are never charged and never sent to us.
You can use Dopacart as a guest, or sign in with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple to save your cart, favorites, and pretend orders across devices. If sign-in isn't working, make sure you're on a current iOS version and try again; if it still fails, email us with the error you see.
Guests can browse and check out without an account — you'll enter shipping and payment details by hand each time (they stay on your device). Some features (budget, leaderboard, achievements, item requests, and writing reviews) require signing in.
Pretend orders appear in the Orders tab and move through simulated delivery stages over time. Nothing real ships. If an order doesn't appear, pull down to refresh.
If you allow notifications, Dopacart can send pretend order updates and occasional announcements. You can turn them off anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications → dopacart.
Signed-in shoppers can write product reviews. Reviews are moderated — a review you post is visible only to you until we approve it, then it appears to others with your first name and last initial. Please don't include personal or sensitive information.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. To report a review or user, email leetsyplakov@gmail.com with a description (and a screenshot if you can). We remove violating content and may suspend or ban the account responsible, typically within 24 hours.
You can delete your account and all data associated with it from inside the app (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing us. Deleting the app removes the data stored locally on your device.
