These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Dopacart iOS app ("Dopacart"). By using Dopacart you accept these Terms.
Dopacart is a simulated, for-entertainment shopping experience. The products shown in the catalog are presented for browsing and pretend purchasing only. No real goods are sold, no orders are fulfilled, and no real money changes hands. Anything you "add to cart," "buy," or "order" in Dopacart is make-believe — including any name, address, or card details entered at checkout, which are used only to render the pretend order on your device.
You can use Dopacart as a guest, or create an account using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not impersonate others or share an account in a way that misuses the service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing us.
Dopacart lets signed-in users submit content, including product reviews and item requests or feedback ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, spam, or that contains others' personal information.
To keep the community safe, we operate the following: (a) moderation — reviews are screened and are not shown to other users until approved; (b) reporting — you can report objectionable content or an abusive user by emailing leetsyplakov@gmail.com; and (c) enforcement — we remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms. We act on reports of objectionable content and will remove it and may eject the user who provided it, typically within 24 hours. By submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it within the app for these purposes.
Dopacart is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a retailer, marketplace, or payment service, and nothing in it constitutes an offer to sell a real product. Product names, images, and prices are illustrative and may be inaccurate or out of date.
Dopacart is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Use Dopacart for lawful, personal purposes only. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. Dopacart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Apple, Google, or any retailer, brand, or marketplace referenced within it.
The code and design are © 2026 Andrey Lee Tsyplakov. Apple, the App Store, Google, and any brand or retailer names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Dopacart.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved before the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
