These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Dopacart app for iOS and Android ("Dopacart"). By using Dopacart you accept these Terms.
Dopacart is a simulated, for-entertainment shopping experience. The products shown in the catalog are presented for browsing and pretend purchasing only. No real goods are sold, no orders are fulfilled, and no real money changes hands. Anything you "add to cart," "buy," or "order" in Dopacart is make-believe — including any name, address, or card details entered at checkout, which are used only to render the pretend order on your device.
In-app credit has no real-world value. Dopacart includes an imaginary "credit" balance used only for the pretend-shopping experience. It is not money and has no cash value: it cannot be purchased, exchanged for real money or goods, transferred, sold, redeemed, or refunded, and it may be reset, adjusted, or lost at any time (for example, if you reset your shopping data or delete your account). Credit can be topped up by choosing to watch a rewarded ad; watching is always optional.
You can use Dopacart as a guest, or create an account using Sign in with Google (iOS and Android) or Sign in with Apple (iOS). You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not impersonate others or share an account in a way that misuses the service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing us.
Dopacart lets signed-in users submit content, including product reviews, comments on Live Shopping videos, and item requests or feedback ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, spam, or that contains others' personal information.
To keep the community safe, we operate the following: (a) moderation — reviews and video comments are screened and are not shown to other users until approved; (b) reporting — you can report objectionable content or an abusive user in the app (reviews and comments can be reported directly, and you can block a user) or by emailing leetsyplakov@gmail.com; and (c) enforcement — we remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms. We act on reports of objectionable content and will remove it and may eject the user who provided it, typically within 24 hours. By submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it within the app for these purposes.
Signed-in members may upload short videos for possible publication in the app's Community Reels. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to upload.
Your rights and our license. You keep ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading, you grant the app owner a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (including transcoding, splitting, cropping, and adding branding), publish, publicly display, distribute, and monetize your video — both within the app (including showing advertising on, around, or before it) and outside the app, including reposting it to third-party platforms and social networks such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with or without attribution. All revenue from any use of uploaded videos belongs solely to the app owner; you will not receive compensation. You also grant every user of the app a license to view your video through the app's features. You have no right to demand a video's continued publication; the license survives removal, expiry, or account deletion for a commercially reasonable period (privacy takedown requests are honored — see the Privacy Policy).
Your promises. You confirm each video is your own original recording; that it contains no third-party copyrighted material (including background music you don't own); and that every identifiable person shown consented to appear (no minors without a parent or guardian's consent).
Prohibited content — zero tolerance. Videos must not contain: pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit or suggestive content; graphic or gratuitous violence; hate speech or harassment; dangerous or harmful acts; illegal activity or regulated goods; spam, scams, or deceptive content; or private information about others. Uploading prohibited content results in removal of the video and a permanent ban of your account from uploading and posting — typically without warning for serious violations.
Moderation, quotas, and retention. Every upload is reviewed before publication and is visible only to you until approved. We may deny, remove, or edit any video at any time for any reason, and we limit how many videos each member may upload. Published videos are rotated out of the feed over time and, unless we mark them otherwise, expire and are removed from our server about 30 days after upload (we may retain archived copies under the license above). Repeat copyright infringers are permanently barred.
Copyright complaints. If you believe a video infringes your rights, email leetsyplakov@gmail.com with the video, proof of ownership, and your contact details; we remove infringing content promptly (typically within 24 hours) and accept counter-notices.
Dopacart is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a retailer, marketplace, or payment service, and nothing in it constitutes an offer to sell a real product. Product names, images, and prices are illustrative and may be inaccurate or out of date.
Signed-in users can chat with DopaPuff, an in-app AI mascot that generates replies and, on request, images. DopaPuff is automated software for entertainment, not a person and not a professional advisor; its output is produced by third-party AI models, can be inaccurate, incomplete, or deliberately absurd, and must not be relied on as factual, financial, medical, legal, or other advice. Please don't enter personal or sensitive information in the chat, and don't use it to attempt to generate unlawful, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, to harass others, or to circumvent its safeguards. We may limit, log, moderate, or suspend access to the assistant. If you attach an image or file to the chat, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it isn't unlawful, infringing, or harmful; we may store, compress (zip), moderate, or remove uploads. If you generate an AI profile avatar, it is a computer-generated, fictional image and you may use it only as your Dopacart avatar. DopaPuff's replies may include links to products in the app and, on request, affiliate links to real retailers (see "Affiliate links") — as an Amazon Associate, Dopacart earns from qualifying purchases. If you ask DopaPuff to file an "add this item" request, you authorize us to store and review that request. Any in-app "credit," reward, or balance the assistant mentions is pretend and has no cash value. See the Privacy Policy for how chat messages are processed.
Some product links in Dopacart are Amazon affiliate links. Dopacart is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program. As an Amazon Associate, Dopacart earns from qualifying purchases. If you choose to tap a link and buy something on Amazon, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you — it never changes the price you pay. Participating in the program does not mean Amazon endorses, sponsors, or is otherwise affiliated with Dopacart. You are never required to buy anything; Dopacart remains free and is for entertainment.
Dopacart is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Use Dopacart for lawful, personal purposes only. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. Except for its participation in the Amazon Associates Program (see "Affiliate links" below), Dopacart is not endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Apple, Google, or any retailer, brand, or marketplace referenced within it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Dopacart.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved before the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
