How to delete your Dopacart account and the data associated with it.
Dopacart is a simulated, for-entertainment shopping experience — no real products are sold or shipped and no real payments are processed. You can use it as a guest, or sign in to save your activity across devices. This page explains how to delete your account and data, as required by the app stores.
If you signed in, open Dopacart and go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all data associated with it from our server, and cannot be undone.
If you can't use the in-app option, email leetsyplakov@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Dopacart Account Deletion". We verify the request against that email and delete your account. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes, from our server: your account record and identifiers, your @username and send code, your pretend orders and items, your reviews, your saved shipping address and any saved card metadata (brand, last four, expiry, cardholder name), your leaderboard and favorites-sharing settings, your item requests and feedback, and the first-party usage/interaction events linked to your account.
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, minimal logs), and de-identified/aggregated data that is no longer linked to you. Any such data is not used to re-identify you.
If you never signed in, there is no account to delete. Your cart and app preferences live on your device and are removed when you delete the app. Guest activity kept on our server is tied only to a random per-install identifier and is not linked to your identity; email us if you'd like it removed and can provide that identifier.
