These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the DopaEats iOS app ("DopaEats"). By using DopaEats you accept these Terms.
DopaEats is a simulated, for-entertainment food-delivery experience. The restaurants and dishes shown are fictional and presented for browsing and pretend ordering only. No real food is sold, no orders are fulfilled, and no real money changes hands. Anything you "add to cart," "check out," or "order" in DopaEats is make-believe — including any name or delivery address entered at checkout, which is used only to render the pretend order. The app never asks for or processes payment.
You can use DopaEats as a guest, or create an account using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not impersonate others or share an account in a way that misuses the service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing us.
DopaEats is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a restaurant, food vendor, marketplace, delivery service, or payment service, and nothing in it constitutes an offer to sell real food. Restaurant names, dishes, images, descriptions, and prices are fictional or illustrative and are not real offers.
DopaEats is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Use DopaEats for lawful, personal purposes only. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. DopaEats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real restaurant, brand, delivery company, Apple, or Google.
The code and design are © 2026 Andrey Lee Tsyplakov. Apple, the App Store, Google, and any other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. All restaurant and dish names, descriptions, and imagery in the app are original and fictional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, DopaEats.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved before the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
